RETURNS POLICY
- Welcome to Sleephill.com. We strive hard to ensure you have an exceptional sleeping experience. Please write to info@sleephill.com within 30 days from the date of purchase, to claim warranty or returns along with the reason. We will contact you for further information.
- You can initiate the refund by calling us on 9594001318 or writing us on info@sleephill.com
- You are entitled to receive a full refund if you are not satisfied with your Sleephill mattress within 30 nights from the day of delivery, subjected to condition of the mattress.
- Returns are subjected to physical condition of the product in terms of wear and tear and damage.
- From the date of delivery you have until 30 nights to return your Sleephill mattress.
- Mattresses purchased through our website Sleephill.com will be refunded in the same method in which payment was made while ordering
- Your Refund will be processed immediately once the mattress is picked up by our delivery partner
- Upon receiving your return request, we will be sending packaging material via mail.
- Please ensure that you include all items that originally came along with the mattress, such as covers, zippers and freebies.
- You will have to hand over the Invoice and other documents to our courier partner.
- Pick up and collection will be arranged within 7 working days of request.
- Once your return product is picked up, we will immediately process your refund request which may take 10-15 days to credit to your account.
- We may cancel the request if photos/videos of the products are not submitted.
- Sleephill reserves the right to completely reject the refund request if the product does not fullfill the terms and conditions
- Returns or refunds will be subject to the condition of mattress at the time of return. Any signs of improper use or physical damage will result in a non-acceptance of return or refund.
- This policy is not appilcable for custom size and toddler mattresses.
